Information clause

According to art. 13 para. 1 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of 27 April 2016 (RODO), I inform that:

  2. Your personal data will be processed for marketing purposes on the basis of art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. f. the legitimate interest of ADO or a third party, i.e. for the purpose of:

– monitoring your activity and all other Users, including, for example, searching for keywords and managing your activity;

– matching ads in accordance with previously viewed content, customizing the category of offers or individual offers based on your activity;

– contacting you, including for purposes related to authorized marketing activities, through available communication channels, in particular and with your consent – by e-mail and telephone;

– monitoring your activity and all other Users, e.g. searching for keywords, placing offers, carrying out research and analysis in terms of the functionality of this platform, improving the operation of services or estimating the main interests and needs of visitors;

– conducting research and analysis in terms of the functionality of this trading platform;

– performing statistical analysis;

– data storaging for archiving purposes, and ensuring accountability (showing compliance with our obligations under the law).

  1. The recipients of your personal data is Brand Distribution Sp. z o.o., ul. św. Rocha 8, 15-879 Białystok.
  2. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country.
  3. Your personal data will be kept for the duration of the contract in order to:

– pursue claims in connection with the performance of the contract,

– implement of obligations resulting from legal provisions, including in particular tax and accounting,

– prevent abuse and fraud,

– statistical and archiving purposes,

– storage for a maximum of 5 years from the date of completion of the contract.

– marketing purposes during the term of the contract or until you object to such processing, depending on which of these events occurs earlier.

  1. You have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, if the processing is based on consent: the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the compliance with the right of processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
  2. If you feel that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  3. Providing your personal data is voluntary.
  4. Your data will be processed in an automated way, including in the form of profiling. Automated decision-making will take place on the principles of profiling. Profiling of personal data will consist in using data to assess your preferences and interests.

According to art. 21 par. 4 of the GDPR, it informs you that you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. Objections must be submitted to the Data Protection Administrator. According to art. 21 par. 1 of the GDPR, when making an objection, please indicate its reasons related to your special situation.
